MA Gunowners Push Back Against New Firearms Law. In July, Gov. Maura Healey signed into law a new piece of firearms legislation that cracks down on ghost guns, requires gun owners to register all their firearms with the state and undergo live fire training, bans most assault style weapons and more. Toby Leary, owner of Cape Gun Works and member of The Civil Rights Coalition is troubled by the new firearms law and believes the law infringes upon Second Amendment rights. Do you agree or disagree? Louis Ferrante is a former Mafia associate and heist expert who served eight years in prison after refusing to incriminate his fellow Gambino family members. After extensive research into the history of the Mafia from its origins in Sicily to organizing in America as well as drawing on his own personal experience, Ferrante wrote a three-volume series on the history of the American mafia starting with his book “Borgata: Rise of Empire.” Louis joins us on NightSide to give you an inside look into life in the mafia!
