Out of State Spending of EBT Card Dollars Raise Red Flags

Massachusetts Republicans are blowing the whistle after discovering MA taxpayer-funded EBT cards were used in Hawaii, the Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico, California, Florida, Alaska, and in several other locations across the country. State Sen. Ryan Fattman and other GOP members are seeking an investigation into the matter.
