Massachusetts Colonel Geoffrey Noble has been leading the MA State Police for nearly a year now and has taken on the large task of reshaping the force and restoring public trust after a series of scandals. After the overtime scandal, the firing of trooper Michael Proctor, and the tragic death of an academy recruit, it has not been an easy task.
