PLYMOUTH, Mass. (WBZ NewsRadio) — A Plymouth Pizza is donating a portion of its profits to help a 13-year-old boy in critical condition.
Every Monday since they opened back in 2018, Squinny’s Pizza donates a portion of their earnings to a particular charity or cause. Plymouth selectman Dick Quintal is the owner of the shop.
“Mondays you come in, any Monday, and up to two pizzas, you buy two and you get the second two for $5, whatever you want, whatever kind,” Quintal said. “100 percent of [the $5] goes to the charity we’re doing.”

Quintal said his main goal is to give back to those in the community that need it most.
“Every Monday since we opened, we do Monday charity for some organization,” he said. “Anybody that calls up and asks, we go to bat and we help them. We do it with our customers also, it’s a team thing.”
For July, the Monday funds will go towards helping Gage Lavoie, a 13-year-old boy who was recently critically injured after getting hit by a car while riding an e-bike. The GoFundMe had raised $72,951 towards his recovery as of June 30, and Quintal hopes to add to that amount with the Monday promotion.
