Quincy Police Ask For Assistance To Find Potentially Non-Verbal Missing Man

QUINCY, Mass. (WBZ NewsRadio) — Quincy Police Department is asking for the public's help in finding a missing Quincy man who they say has trouble communicating.

Tommy Luong, 19, did not return home on Friday after being dropped off earlier in the day at the CVS on Brighton Street in Allston. He is described to be 5 feet 6 inches tall, about 135 pounds, and has black hair and brown eyes, according to Quincy Police Department.

Luong has difficulty communicating and might be non-verbal. He is known to frequently spend time in areas with water, such as at the beach.

Quincy PD asks if the public has any information that might assist the investigation to contact the police department at 617-479-1212 or call 911.
