WESTPORT, Mass. (WBZ NewsRadio) – A young woman from the south coast is living out her dream of becoming a fashion entrepreneur.
De’Ja DeGrace is the face behind De’Ja Designs. The 25-year-old first started promoting her designs on Etsy and recently opened her boutique on State Road in Westport.
DeGrace said she has been involved in the design industry since her teenage years.
“I’m a divisional merchandiser and in sales all my life,” she said. “If I could be a top-field performer for all these big high-end companies, why can’t I do it for myself?”

DeGrace said this opportunity allows her to keep all her profits and engage with clients and partners. Her store features custom top-brand, one-size outfits and accessories with the goal of helping boost women’s self-esteem.
“Everybody has their own shape,” DeGrace said. “I just want to make everybody feel good in their own skin.”
