DANVERS, Mass. (WBZ NewsRadio) — With a sequel now streaming on Disney+, those bewitched by the Hocus Pocus franchise can live out the magic themselves with a rentable cottage in Danvers this Halloween season.

Guests can try their hand at booking the cottage of the witch Sanderson sister trio on Airbnb on October 12, starting at 1 p.m. The fiction fantasy home rents for $31 for one night for two, though there's a catch. Airbnb customers looking to stay inside the cottage must have a five-star rating to be considered on the first-come-first-serve basis. According to Airbnb, guests can try their hand at enchantments in an ancient spellbook found inside the cottage that's close proximity to Salem, the city the movies are based out of.

"It's just like the movie, they nailed it. We have three kids and we love Hocus Pocus and we watch it every Halloween and just get really into it. Then I heard about this house here, I'm entering to try and get the night at the Airbnb," said one Danvers resident.

WBZ's Shari Small toured the cottage, which features a large cauldron in the middle, flickering black-flame candles, and two loft bedrooms. Guests who are lucky enough to score the booking will have an exclusive stay at the Sandersons' recreated home on October 20.
