Police Charge Brian Walshe Of Cohasset With Wife Ana's Murder

COHASSET, Mass. (WBZ NewsRadio) — On Tuesday afternoon, the Norfolk District Attorney's Office confirmed Brian Walshe has been charged with the murder of his missing wife, Ana Walshe of Cohasset.

The 39-year-old has been missing since New Year's Day, and was reported missing just a few days later. Brian Walshe could be arraigned on the murder charge as early as Wednesday, he's already facing a criminal charge for allegedly misleading the investigation into his wife's disappearance.

According to the Norfolk County District Attorney's Office, Brian Walshe is scheduled to be arraigned in Quincy District Court on Wednesday, though the exact timing of that court appearance has yet to be determined.

Ana was last seen at her home in Cohasset in the early morning hours of New Years Day. Police say she was supposed to take a rideshare vehicle to Logan International Airport for a flight to Washington D.C.— but she never arrived to the gate.

The mother had been employed as a real estate executive in the capitol, commuting from the South Shore to Washington D.C. Ana lived with her husband Brian and their three children in Cohasset.
