SCITUATE, Mass. (WBZ NewsRadio) — Another water main break on Jericho Road in Scituate made for a spot of service disruption Tuesday morning running into the afternoon.
According to town officials, service in the immediate area would be affected between 6 to 8 hours after the break was discovered.
Officials urged residents to check their water before drinking for any discoloration or abnormalities, to allow for water to completely flush before using, and to inspect before doing laundry.

In March of this year, town officials put out a similar advisory about Jericho Road.
