Waltham Police Release Videos Of Suspected Attacker

WALTHAM, Mass. (WBZ NewsRadio) — The Waltham Police Department has released two videos of an individual suspected in a string of unprovoked random attacks on pedestrians.

WPD posted the two videos Sunday to the Department's Facebook page, both of which show a person in blue jeans, white sneakers and a dark sweater.

"The Waltham Police are looking for the public's assistance in identifying the individual in the attached video, concerning the recent assaults in Waltham," police said. "If you have ANY information about the identity of this individual, or the assaults themselves we urge you to call us at 781-314-3600 (Option 4) or the anonymous tip line at 781-314-3636."

The videos were released after police received nearly a dozen reports of random night time attacks on pedestrians in different parts of the city over the past two weeks.
