Wanted Quincy Man Allegedly Shatters Orange Line Window

BOSTON (WBZ NewsRadio) — A Quincy man with a warrant out for his arrest allegedly kicked out on the windows on the Orange Line Saturday night, Massachusetts Bay Transportation Authority Transit Police say.

According to the Transit Police, police were called to the MBTA's Forest Hills Station in Jamaica Plain for a report of a man who had knocked out the one of the train's windows. Arriving officers interviewed a witness who said a man had gotten up from his seat, ran to the window, and kicked it causing it to shatter.

The witness says the man's outburst was unprovoked.

Transit Police identified the man as 31-year-old Sean Kenneally, who had a warrant for his arrest for Assault & Battery on a +60/Disabled Person. Officials arrested Kenneally on his warrant, and charged him with Malicious Destruction of Property Over $250.
